I started my fitness journey back in 2020. For years I had battled my weight always yo-yoing and feeling like nothing was working right. It wasn't until I was inspired by another personal trainer that I felt I could keep motivated and finally achieve the results I had always wanted.


I started a 100 day fitness challenge taking photos along the way. At the end of the 100 days I showed friends and family just how far I had come. A family member of mine asked me how I got the results I did and if I could share them with her. It was at that point I realized not only could I help her but help others as well. I  had felt I was in need of a career change at the time so decided to go from special effects make-up and nails to a brand new avenue of personal training.


I studied at Bryan College in Toronto, graduating with honors. Then certified with NASM as a Certified Personal Trainer.
